於1992年組成，來自橫濱，融貫Shoegaze, Post Rock, Dream pop的Luminous Orange，如果你是老野台觀眾一定還有點印象，他們2007造訪野台開唱，那曾經美麗的時期。

時間過得很快，Luminous Orange來到了第七張專輯《Soar, Kiss The Moon》。

Formed in 1992 in Yokohama, Japan as a 4-peace female band, became a solo project of its composer/singer/guitarist/etc. Rie Takeuchi in 2002. Released 8 albums (including a mini album, and a best album) and 2 singles from various labels including Corneliuss Trattoria (dissolved in 2002), Friendly Science Enregisterments, Music Related, etc. Most recent 2 albums were released from renowned indie label Zankyo Record in Tokyo, which mainly releases post rock, dream pop bands. Selected as as one of the performance artists of CMJ Music Marathon (NY), SXSW(Austin, TX), Formoz Festival(Taiwan), Taicoclub(Niigata, Japan) etc.
